While most people are just getting into the Christmas spirit, our very own Frank and Linda Stabile (owners of Superior Oasis) are kicking off this Holiday Season with donations to the Marquette Salvation Army.
Caption Joel Arthur of the Marquette Salvation Army, received a donation from Frank and Linda Stabile representing the Superior Oasis group of businesses: Comfort Suites Hotel of Marquette, Days Inn Hotel of Marquette, Hudson’s Classic Grill & Bar and Perkins Restaurant & Bakery.
The Stabile’s have pledged $6,000 to the food bank with an initial donation for $2,000; and $1,000 donations to follow for the first four months of 2013. Linda Stabile said, “the work that the Salvation Army does for our community’s neighbors in need of food, clothing and kindness, is truly an act of great salvation and personal compassion and commitment by all those that serve”.
The 2012 Red Kettle fundraising campaign has begun in Marquette MI and the target community goal this year is $25,000. Want to help reach our community goal?
